Overview
VSTEP is measured against Vietnam's SIX-LEVEL COMPETENCE FRAMEWORK, so the result reads as a level rather than a score — and that is the first thing people used to TOEIC or IELTS misread. The course opens with exactly that: what Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 mean, and which applications ask for which. The rest walks through all four skills at the level of recognising task types. This is a FOUNDATION course, not a practice course: it takes you to the point where you understand the paper and know which skill is weakest, and only then do you move on to a single-skill course.
