TOEFL course
TOEFL iBT Academic
For students who know the format and want to raise all four sections along a structured route, rather than working through papers at random.
- Starting level
- You can complete a full TOEFL paper and handle the on-screen tools, but you are losing marks steadily across all four sections.
- Target on finishing
- Lifting all four sections together rather than leaning on the one you are already good at; the target score is set after the entry assessment.
- Fee
- 6,500,000 VND
- Duration
- 3 months
- Format
- Group class, 3–5 students
- Mock tests
- 2 mock tests

Who it is for
Who this course is for
These four groups describe the people already on this course. If none of them quite fits you, that is fine — the consultation is there to say which course does.
Applying to study abroad
You need a score for the coming round, and universities often set a minimum per section, not only on the total.
Sat it once, want more
You have a TOEFL result in hand and need to know exactly which task type is costing you marks.
Struggling with the integrated tasks
Integrated speaking and writing ask you to read, listen and produce at once — the bottleneck for most students.
Plateaued on your own
Reading and listening have improved, but speaking and writing will not move because nobody is marking them.
Outcomes
What you come away with
Not the syllabus listed a second time, but what is left once the course has finished.

All four sections move together
Every week gives time to all four, so no section is left behind to drag the total down.
You can handle the three integrated speaking tasks
Read, listen, note, speak becomes a fixed routine instead of a different approach each time.
You finish both writing tasks in the real time
The integrated task and Writing for an Academic Discussion are both practised under the timing the paper gives.
You know where your marks go
Speaking and writing are marked against the descriptors for each task, with specific errors rather than general comments.
Syllabus
What you study
Everything the course covers, grouped. The order and the weight of each part are adjusted after each student's entry test.
Reading
- Two academic passages and their common question types
- Sentence-insertion items and the summary question at the end
- Dividing 35 minutes between the passages
Listening
- Lectures and campus conversations
- Taking notes by the shape of the lecture, not word for word
- Questions about the speaker's attitude and purpose
Speaking — four tasks
- Task 1, independent: building an answer in very little preparation time
- Tasks 2 – 4, integrated: reading, listening and reporting back in order
- Pronunciation, pace, and using the full time allowed
Writing — two tasks
- Integrated: setting the reading against the lecture and naming the difference
- Writing for an Academic Discussion: responding to a classmate's point in 10 minutes
- Marking against the descriptors for each task
Vocabulary and strategy
- Academic vocabulary by subject group
- Turning words you can recognise into words you can say and write
- How to split revision time across the four sections
How we teach
The six steps behind every Wobridge course
These six steps apply to every course we run, on every programme. What changes from course to course is how much weight each step carries — noted directly under the list.
Entry assessment
A test across all four skills before placement, so we know where a student stands and what is missing.
Learning path
The target broken into stages with checkpoints, rather than a single number waiting at the end of the course.
Practice
Every lesson includes work done in class; theory never occupies a lesson on its own.
Feedback
Writing and speaking marked against the assessment criteria of the exam being prepared, with each fault attached to a named criterion.
Progress tracking
Results are recorded skill by skill through the course, so it is visible which part is moving and which is not.
Mock test
A paper sat in the real format and to the real timings, then talked through afterwards.
