Yes. The test gives your current level in each skill, and that is what decides which course you join. It is free, and it does not commit you to enrolling afterwards.
Main classes run in person at the center, with an online platform for practice outside class hours. E-learning courses go at your own pace, one skill at a time, and are still marked by a teacher.
