Because kitchen staffing is limited during this period, each morning I compile the day's cooking list from the requests received, purchase the ingredients myself, and prepare every meal in the back kitchen. You may choose from three hot dishes, two salads, or the daily soup. To reserve a meal, submit your selection through the staff portal. Completed orders may be collected from the side window between noon and 1:00 P.M. Please remember to get your order in early. Requests that arrive after 9:30 A.M. cannot be included, because these determine what I bring back from the market before service starts. Questions about the temporary arrangement may be directed to me. Gregory Salton Maple Court Office Cafeteria

Questions 151-152.
TO: Floor Staff FROM: Stockroom Supervisor DATE: April 8 SUBJECT: Equipment Checkout Last week two scanners went missing at the start of a shift, and hand trucks have been left at loading stations overnight more than once this month. Because these items move among teams throughout the day, the stockroom cannot see who is currently holding each unit. Before taking one, write your name and the time on the sheet beside the cage; when returning it, mark the same line "returned." If every unit is signed out, ask the floor coordinator for a spare from the reserve shelf. Open access is not accountability. The cage stays unlocked during shifts for convenience, but only the sheet allows us to trace an item back to the person who last used it. Staff who skip the log will be held responsible for whatever is missing. Copies at Bay 4. Review: April 15.
- 151.
According to the memo, what is the stockroom unable to do?
- ALock the equipment cage while shifts are in progress
- BSupply spare units directly to floor staff
- CIdentify who is currently in possession of a unit
- DRetrieve hand trucks left at loading stations overnight
- 152.
In the memo, what does the writer most likely mean by "Open access is not accountability"?
- AThe equipment cage should be locked during shifts
- BEmployees bear no responsibility when items are missing
- CAnyone may take a unit freely during a shift
- DStaff remain accountable for items even though the cage is unlocked

Questions 158-161.
Technical Support Portal — User Guide For: All staff and contractors Maintained by: Workplace Systems Team The Workplace Systems Team has launched a single online intake channel for everyday technology needs, and every worker should use it before contacting us any other way. --[1]--. Previously, colleagues reached us by telephone or messaged a team member directly, and cases often sat in one inbox or were forgotten between shifts. The portal was built to replace that scattered pattern: routine tickets are now logged, timestamped, and routed to the correct specialist automatically, without a person on our side deciding where they should go. --[2]--. Staff and contractors still see the same team behind the scenes, but the intake path has changed. The portal at a glance Access point: the Help link on the staff home page Eligible users: all staff and contractors with a company login Request types: system access, equipment, and account changes Expected response: within two business days for standard cases Escalation: call the Workplace Systems Team support line To start, open the portal from the Help link and choose one of the categories listed above. Selecting the wrong category is the most common reason a case is delayed, so pause to match your issue to the closest label before you continue. --[3]--. Once the form is complete, submit it; the system returns a reference number on screen, and you can enter that number on the Status page at any time to see the latest update. One situation should not be handled through the portal. If a single fault is stopping several people from working at the same time, telephone the support line right away instead of filing a ticket. --[4]--. Personal messages to individual team members are still discouraged for any request, urgent or not, because they bypass the record we rely on to track workload. For questions, write to the Workplace Systems Team.
- 158.
Why was the guide written?
- ATo describe the informal contact methods being phased out
- BTo announce a change in the team responsible for technology support
- CTo explain how staff should now submit routine support requests
- DTo publish rules for calling the support line during major incidents
- 159.
What is suggested about the Workplace Systems Team?
- AIt requires all urgent problems to be entered through the portal
- BIt no longer decides personally where routine cases should be directed
- CIt has replaced most members who handled the earlier channels
- DIt still allows staff to send personal messages for urgent problems
- 160.
What does the guide indicate about the support process?
- ARoutine requests are typically answered within one business day
- BThe Status page automatically alerts users when updates arrive
- CSome problems must be reported by phone rather than through the portal
- DDirect messages are accepted when a single fault affects multiple staff
- 161.

- D[4]

Wexford Court Apartments 60 Delmore Avenue 3 April To Residents of the West Wing Subject: Scheduled Annual Safety Inspection of Your Apartment Dear Resident, This letter is to inform you that the management office has scheduled the annual safety inspection for all apartments in the West Wing. A member of our maintenance team will visit each unit during the week of 14 April. The inspection confirms that heating units and smoke alarms function correctly, and it produces the compliance certificate that the building's insurance carrier requires each year. A single technician will be carrying the testing equipment from one unit to the next. To make this transport manageable, the visits have been arranged one floor at a time rather than by individual request. This lets the technician finish a whole floor in a single morning and keeps the disruption to each hallway short. On the day of your visit, the technician will need to reach the water heater, the hallway smoke alarm, and the cabinet beneath the kitchen sink. Although the check takes only a few minutes, it cannot be completed from the doorway. --[1]--. Please make sure these three areas are clear before the technician arrives. If any of these points is blocked, the technician cannot complete the check and will have to return on a later date. --[2]--. If the assigned day is not convenient, you may request one alternative appointment by writing to the office at least three days in advance. --[3]--. We are grateful for your cooperation in helping us complete these visits smoothly. --[4]--. Please note that this notice applies to West Wing residents only; East Wing inspections will be announced separately. Crestline Wireless Account Option Change Guidelines Account holders may adjust several monthly service options without visiting a store. Your plan tier and monthly data allowance may be changed at any time, and you may switch between paper and electronic billing whenever you wish. Certain other adjustments, however, require an account that has been active for at least twelve months. An international calling add-on falls under this tenure rule, and any additional device line beyond your account's original phone follows the same standard. A device protection plan may be added only within thirty days of activating a new phone. To request a change, contact our support team through live chat or by telephone. Requests received on or before the twenty-fifth of the month take effect at the start of your next billing cycle; requests received after that date apply one cycle later. ---------------------- Crestline Wireless — Live Support Chat Session date: March 23 Trevor Dunn: Thank you for contacting Crestline Wireless. How can I help? Gloria Espinoza: I would like to make a few changes to my account. Trevor Dunn: Could you confirm the name and phone number on the account? Gloria Espinoza: Gloria Espinoza, ending 4419. I have had the account for about two years. Trevor Dunn: Thank you. What would you like to change? Gloria Espinoza: I keep running out of data, so I need a larger allowance. I am also traveling overseas next month and would like international calling. Trevor Dunn: Anything else? Gloria Espinoza: My partner will start using a second phone, so I would like an additional device line on the account. I would also prefer paper statements from now on. Trevor Dunn: So that is a larger data allowance, international calling, an additional device line, and paper billing. I will forward this to our account services team. Gloria Espinoza: Thank you. This session has ended. A transcript has been sent to your e-mail. ---------------------- To: Gloria Espinoza (g.espinoza@brightpost.mail) From: Rebecca Lund, Account Services Date: March 23 Subject: Your recent account change request Reference: Chat session 88213 Attached: Guide to Managing Your Options Online Thank you for contacting Crestline Wireless. Your larger data allowance, the switch to paper statements, the international calling add-on, and the additional device line have all been confirmed after review of your account history. Instead of lining up at a single counter for every request, visitors are now directed to separate zones according to the type of help they need. A notice about the arrangement was posted in the lobby on Monday morning. Branch manager Colette Duarte said the change followed months of customer surveys showing that shared waiting lines were the main source of complaints. "People waiting to deposit a check were often held up behind those with longer requests," she said. "Separating our services means each visit moves more quickly." Under the new arrangement, loan officers no longer share the main floor with tellers. Customers seeking a personal loan or a mortgage now sit down with an officer in a private room away from the counters. Everyday account tasks have also been grouped together: opening a new personal account and registering for online banking are now handled at one welcome point rather than at two different desks. Ms. Duarte encouraged customers to check the printed directory near the entrance, or to ask a floor assistant, before deciding where to wait. ---------------------- Marden Trust Bank — Service Request Form (Form SR-12) Please complete all sections in ink and hand this form to a floor assistant. Why we made the change Entry lines grew long at busy hours, so we added self-service. How to enter Book online for an access code. Hold it at the self-scan reader on arrival, and keep your boarding pass ready. When to see our staff instead The self-service option works best for a single visitor with a standard boarding pass. Group bookings, guests needing assistance, and non-standard tickets should use the Assistance Desk. What our trial showed Before launch, our team ran the process for two weeks. We invited regular visitors to enter the private work booths using the self-scan readers, and we timed how long each entry took. The average was far quicker than before, so the procedure is now permanent. Questions? Contact us at skylarklounge.com/contact. Posted by Elaine Brandt, Guest Access Team. ---------------------- Ms. Yvonne Carver Lounge Manager Skylark Lounge, Westhaven International Airport Reference: New access procedure Dear Ms. Carver, I used the new self-scan entry last Tuesday before an early flight. The change suits a visit like mine very well. I was traveling alone with an ordinary boarding pass, and the automated entry was quick and simple. I stood behind a family with a group booking whose code the reader would not accept, and no staff member was nearby. Cases more complicated than one standard ticket clearly still need a person. My suggestion: please station a staff member near the readers during busy periods so visitors with unusual bookings are not left waiting. Thank you for considering my comments. Sincerely, Colin Radford Please reach me by e-mail, which I check daily.
